beautiful landscape of Blount County, and exceptional lots that are located within the City of Maryville.
We currently have two lots located within the city limits of Maryville, Tennessee. One lot is located in beautiful
Cross Creek Subdivision while the other lot is a prime wooded lot located in Broady Place Subdivision.

We also have a few lots remaining in Candlewood Subdivision which is located in Blounty County, TN.
